Standard Process Promotes Krista Beaudry to Vice President, Human Resources

Palmyra, WI – (January 25, 2021) Standard Process has announced the recent promotion of its Director of Human Resources, Krista Beaudry, to the new role of Vice President, Human Resources. Krista brings more than 25 years of HR experience to the role, and will serve as a member of the company’s senior executive team. She will continue to lead the company’s HR initiatives, expand the company’s talent acquisition process, enhance employee engagement, manage succession planning and improve corporate wellness.

Krista earned her bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. She joined Standard Process in 2015, and has played an important role in a number of initiatives: growth/change management, corporate infrastructure development, wellness initiatives, and organizational health.

Krista resides in Delafield, Wisconsin with her husband, and has two daughters. She enjoys summer and winter outdoor activities, hiking, biking, and working in her yard.
