PALMYRA, Wis. — 8/15/2026 — Standard Process, a leading manufacturer of whole food-based nutritional supplements, announced the promotion of Simone DuBois to Vice President of Business Strategy. In her new role, DuBois will help guide the company's long-term strategic direction, strengthening organizational alignment and supporting continued growth.
DuBois will lead the company's strategic planning and goal-setting process, identify opportunities for sustainable growth and operational excellence that will help translate strategy into meaningful action across the organization. Working closely with executive leadership, she’ll help align strategic priorities and strengthen organizational accountability to support long-term success.
Previously serving as Director of Business Development, DuBois played an integral role in advancing strategic initiatives and long-range planning efforts that strengthened the connection between strategy and execution. Her collaborative leadership and ability to build cross-functional alignment have helped position Standard Process for continued success.
