Standard Process Appoints Kevin Brown to Director of Sales Operations
Brown to Lead Expanded Sales Operations Supporting Core, Veterinary and eCommerce Channels

PALMYRA, Wis., Jan. 21, 2026 — Standard Process®, a leading whole food–based nutritional supplement company headquartered in Wisconsin, has appointed Kevin Brown as Director of Sales Operations.
In this role, Brown will lead a newly enhanced Sales Operations organization designed to provide increased strategic and operational support to field sales teams. The team includes sales operations managers and coordinators supporting both the core and veterinary sales functions, as well as roles spanning eCommerce channel management, eCommerce solutions, sales analytics, and commercial project management.
Brown has been with Standard Process for more than seven years and has held roles of increasing responsibility across the organization. He began as a Sales Operations Manager, advanced to Director of Sales Operations, and most recently served as Director of Sales for the core product line. During his nearly two years leading the core sales team, Brown played a key role in strengthening sales performance and organizational effectiveness. Throughout his tenure, he has led initiatives to strengthen sales productivity, expand omni-channel and eCommerce capabilities, implement CRM and sales enablement tools, and scale sales operations to support growth.

Prior to Standard Process, Brown held senior sales and sales operations leadership roles at New Chapter, Inc., including Director of eCommerce Sales, Vice President of Sales Operations, and Director of Sales Operations, where he drove eCommerce expansion, business development, and pricing and compliance strategies. Earlier in his career, he held sales and account management roles with Forest Pharmaceuticals and Channing Bete Company.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and Business Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
