Standard Process Launches Detox and Purification Challenge for the New Year

SP Detox Balance™ now with no-flavor added

Standard Process launches the SP Detox and Purification Challenge in January 2020.

Palmyra, WI – (December 18, 2019)  Standard Process has announced it’s launching the SP Detox Balance™ and Purification Challenge on January 6, 2020, just in time for health care practitioners and their patients to start planning their New Year resolutions. Standard Process has developed two program options for detoxification -- the SP Detox Balance™ and the Purification Program products are available for order immediately. Program Participants will have a chance to win a spa trip and much more.

Everyone is exposed to toxins every day, which can overburden the body’s natural ability to detoxify. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) began measuring human exposure to chemicals in 1976. These “biomonitoring” studies found a variety of toxins in subjects’ blood and urine, including substances such as DDT, BPA, air pollutants, pesticides and phthalates. That’s why Standard Process is kicking off 2020 with the SP Detox and Purification Challenge, to help patients transition to a new, healthy way of living in the New Year.

Each Standard Process detoxification program is combined with a guided meal plan full of whole-food recipes and whole food-based supplements designed to support detoxification. The two programs include:
  • A 21-day purification program: A time-tested program to nourish the body and support the body's normal toxin-removal processes. This program includes a variety of daily supplements and a nutritional shake that offers essential whole-food nutrition, which is available as dairy-free or in original, chocolate, and vanilla flavors. There is a meal plan provided including a variety of vegetables and fruits for the first 10 days, with select proteins added on day 11.
  • A 28-day SP Detox Balance Program: A new approach to metabolic detoxification. This program includes balanced, safe, and effective nutritional support for all three phases of detoxification in a tasty, all-in-one shake (depending on the day, one, two, or three SP Detox Balance shakes). This program also includes a basic meal, hydration and exercise plan.
Based on requests, Standard Process also is offering SP Detox Balance, with no added flavor. SP Detox Balance with no added flavor is a new option for encouraging easy, safe, healthy toxin removal. Similar to SP Detox Balance Chai flavor, which is still available, it provides the body with the additional nutritional support it may need to metabolize and expel toxins safely during each of the three phases of metabolic detoxification.

During the challenge, participants will receive daily inspirational emails and will be invited to participate in Facebook groups to join with people from all across the country who are on the same journey. Three lucky patient participants will win prizes. The grand prize is a two-day Wisconsin wellness retreat for two, which includes a personal tour of the Standard Process certified organic farm. The second place prize is a Royal Lee Organics™ (by Standard Process) Flour Mill & assorted whole grains, and the third place prize is a Vitamix® 5200 standard blender.

“We hope you'll join us in kick-starting your patients' healthy habits in 2020,” said Kim Horneck, director of marketing at Standard Process. “Let’s come together and change lives in 2020.”

Promotional materials for the challenge are available such as posters, digital assets, patient brochures and counter displays.  Contact your Standard Process representative for in-clinic education sessions.
