1929

Dr. Lee developed Catalyn^®, our multivitamin whole food concentrate

1934

Cataplex products, whole food concentrates of particular vitamin complexes, were introduced

1940s

Dr. Lee purchased farmland to grow the raw materials used in the supplements

1944

First use of a Protomorphogen™ extract in Ferrofood^®

1946

The first use of a Cytosol™ extract in the product Betacol^®

1947

Dr. Lee co-authored the book Protomorphology: The Principles of Cell Auto-Regulation with William Hanson, a fellow biochemist and engineer

1952

Dr. Lee developed the first Protomorphogen™ extract product, Cardiotrophin PMG^®

1953

Dr. Lee developed the first Cytosol™ extract product, Ovex^®

1962

Dr. Lee is awarded with a Humanitarian Award from the National Health Federation in grateful acknowledgement of his outstanding contribution to the health of America

1967

Dr. Lee passes away on November 1; Mrs. Lee becomes president

1983

Mrs. Lee retires; Frank DuBois begins representing her interests on the Board of Directors

1988

The company moved from the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area to its current location in Palmyra, Wisconsin

1990

Frank DuBois becomes president

1995

Frank DuBois and Mrs. Lee pass away; Charlie DuBois becomes president

2001

Standard Process becomes the exclusive United States distributor of MediHerb^®

2002

Standard Process introduces Standard Process Veterinary Formulas™, whole food supplements that provide nutritional support to dogs and cats

2003

Standard Process opens VitaKids Learning Center

2007

Standard Process built a 100,000-square-foot addition onto its manufacturing facility

2009

Standard Process celebrates its 80th anniversary
