Standard Process Inc. Sales Top $100 Million
PALMYRA, Wisconsin (January 13, 2010)–Standard Process Inc., a Wisconsin-based, family owned manufacturer of nutritional whole food supplements, reached a milestone last month with sales reaching the $100 million mark for the first time ever in one year. The company is poised for even more growth in 2010.
"Achieving this milestone shows that despite the economy, people are taking their health seriously," said Charles DuBois, president of Standard Process. "We couldn't have hit this target without the hard work of our employees, talented sales force, and all the healthcare professionals who are devoted to improving quality of life for their patients and educating them about our whole food supplements."
DuBois, who was named "Person of the Year," by Dynamic Chiropractic magazine last month, says the company is continuing to grow. To accommodate its robust sales growth, Standard Process added 100,000 square feet to its corporate headquarters three years ago. With the addition, the company grew by 63 percent to 260,000 square feet. Standard Process has more than 270 employees and plans to add more staff this year.
Standard Process, which offers more than 300 products, will also expand its product line in 2010 to include more vegetarian products.
