Standard Process Inc. Announces $500,000 Contribution to Foundation for Chiropractic Progress
PALMYRA, Wisconsin (September 15, 2009) – Standard Process® announces a $500,000 contribution to the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress (F4CP). Charles DuBois, Standard Process president and F4CP board member, pledged the continued monetary support from the Wisconsin-based manufacturer of nutritional whole food supplements to the F4CP over the next five years.
F4CP, a not-for-profit organization, is dedicated to the positive promotion of the chiropractic profession. DuBois made the surprise pledge during Florida Chiropractic Association's National Convention and Expo event this past August in Orlando, Fla.
"Standard Process has always showed an invested interest in the activities and initiatives of the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress, and we are truly grateful for their monthly support," said Kent Greenawalt, F4CP chairman and director. "The generous pledge renewal, made by Charles DuBois on behalf of Standard Process, will allow the Foundation to launch unparalleled national media campaigns and allow our message to be heard by millions."
To date, Standard Process has committed nearly $1 million dollars to the F4CP. DuBois made the pledge because he's excited by the Foundation's most recent media campaign. "It is unlike anything in the history of the profession and is a huge step in making chiropractic a part of mainstream health care," said DuBois.
