Organic Farmers get a bigger piece of the pie
Over the last decade, the market for organic products has grown, in some cases beyond supply. The USDA released a report on how the 2008 Farm bill aims to increase organic farming in key areas, like grain production, so the industry as a whole can grow in proportion to demand.
